Yes, we require a $50 appointment fee to reserve your bridal appointment. This fee must be paid within 48 hours of booking. It will be applied toward the purchase of your gown and is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment
Our bridal appointments are reserved for 2 hours to ensure you enjoy a relaxed, personalized experience. Retry, accessory, and off-the-rack sample sale appointments are each 1 hour, and alterations consultations are 30 minutes.
Less is more! We suggest bringing supportive guests whose opinions you value most. We are a small boutique, and have comfortable seating for 6 people. Sometimes many opinions can make decision making difficult.
Neutral undergarments and any inspiration photos you love are helpful. Shoes or shapewear aren’t required, but bring them if you prefer.

A trunk show is when a designer sends their entire new collection to us for a few weeks. This is a great opportunity for you to see and try on all the gowns from an entire collection!
Yes, our seamstress Chantal will alter dresses purchased directly from our boutique.
Gowns are ordered based on the nearest available size to your measurements. Measurements are taken at the bust, waist, and hips, and the size ordered is based on the largest measurement with tailoring required for the smaller measurements.
Alterations are individually based and priced, but we suggest budgeting for $350-$450. Our bridal professionals will offer a quote prior to alterations being started.
Once you have purchased your gown and it has arrived at the boutique, you will require approximately 3-4 fittings (depending on the work needing to be done). After the final fitting we will steam your gown so it will be ready for you to take home.
We recommend starting alterations 3 months before your wedding.
The shoes and undergarments that you will wear on your big day are key to making sure you get the perfect fit during your appointment. Please bring them with you!
To make sure we can give you our full attention please only bring 2 people with you to the fitting appointments. This makes it easier to manage feedback.
